Welcome to House Rental Guru!

Welcome to the House Rental Guru Blog!

I look forward to helping anyone with their House Rental ideas, questions, requests, and issues regarding house rentals.  Whether you are an expert yourself, or a first time real estate investor,  I will help you navigate through this extremely active rental house market.

Since many people are unable to buy real estate at this time, many families are renting houses to call home.  This is an excellent time for investors who prefer to invest their money in real estate which is a growth market, rather than putting their money in a volatile stock market or low percentage yield in a bank CD or savings account.  Real Estate still provides the highest yielding return on your investment.

Having been a lifelong real estate investor myself, as well as owning, growing and selling a real property management company in Las Vegas, Nevada, let me put my advice (not legal, just practical-- I am not an attorney) and expertise to work for you, gratis!  I look forward to helping you face the challenges of preparing your house rental for new tenants, screening tenants, marketing your house rental and retaining the best rental clientele for the long term.

Feel free to ask me any questions, or leave comments.  I look forward to sharing with you many uplifting real estate success stories, as well as some challenging aspects of being the best landlord possible.  Remember to always remain positive, and take pride and maintain your investment properties to the highest degree, and your potential return is limitless.  With this goal in mind, your real estate investment will remain rented, so your return on your money will continue to grow, and your tenants will be happy to maintain your property as if it were their own, and you will have less expense due to a low turn-over rate.  At the same time, as an investor, you will be able to ask more money for rent per month and when you decide to sell your investment property it will sell at market value or higher, which is the goal of all investments!

Happy House Renting!
